Our Business
What makes us different is that it is rare to find a female Director of a Security Company that supplies Door Supervisors to licenced venues within the industry in general; let alone an experienced female that actively works on the front line for the business and has previously managed venues and teams for the majority of her career; particularly in the area of Portsmouth, where she has worked for over 6 years. This makes our company stand out above the rest, alongside our choice of unique branding and family- orientated attitude to running.
Multiple designated premises supervisors and owners of venues where we have worked encouraged our Director Hannah to take the step of starting her own company over the years; having always dealt with her directly on a daily basis rather than the actual Directors of the companies of which she previously worked for. It, therefore, works as a perfect partnership with the Directors wide range of skills and experience and the business operating as a family run business.

This emphasises one of the unique points we have, that most employers and companies in the area do not truly care for the well-being of the Door Supervisors and Security personnel being deployed.

Goals and Objectives
Our primary goal is to further establish our Security Company, specialising in Door Supervision, Dog Unit protection and Government Operations, providing Portsmouth City and the surrounding areas, including Hampshire and West Sussex with a trusted, reliable and safe Security Service that has high quality management, strong teams and a vision of a safer city centre.
Our family values, integrity and commitment mean that we assess clients requirements, venues and situations with a personal approach. The years of experience that we have gained working on the front line helps us to manage our teams effectively and have a deeper understanding of requirements placed on venues, licensees and other clients.
The company is led by Hannah who is the Director. The company is built on the core values of changing the general perception of Security personnel for the clients, public and the Security personnel working for the company. Tackling problems faced by licence holders and business owners with a proactive attitude and as a team, whilst encouraging and enabling Security personnel training to exceptionally high standards to meet these needs. We have used our existing relationships and influences positively within the community around our venues; ensuring that we fully support the SIA’s mission statement and requirements, whilst making sure we have a competitive pricing structure and maintain loyalty from the Supervisors employed to run the venues.
